Why Viksit Bharat ?
Viksit Bharat Dialogues & Awards 2025 is a national recognition program initiated by Bharat Economic Forum to honor individuals, organizations, and initiatives contributing to India’s development. This inaugural edition marks the beginning of a 22-year transformative initiative (2025–2047) to steer India toward becoming a Viksit Bharat by 2047.
Bringing together policymakers, industry leaders, investors, creators and innovators, this platform aims to create actionable roadmaps for sustainable and inclusive growth. The inaugral edition was held on 23rd March 2025, at the Ambedkar International Centre, New Delhi (10:00 AM – 06:00 PM) and further episodes will be hosted for Season 1 in the next .

Viksit Bharat Dialogues
The dialogues are organized as a season of 100 days each having multiple episodes in a single season. Participants are asked to speak about their self economic development strategy and their contribution and vision for Viksit Bharat through Short Pitches, Roundtable Discussions and Podcasts for sharing professional journey

Short Pitches
These are quick 3-minute talks where you can share your big ideas on stage and increase your chances to get Brand Partnership Offers, Funding Offer, Gift Hampers & Cash Grants from BEF and its partners. It’s like a fast pitch to sell a dream— To grab attention and wow the crowd with your plans for a better India.
Roundtables
Roundtables are group chats with 5-6 experts sitting together, talking about one big topic. It’s casual but deep—like friends brainstorming over coffee! They dive into stuff like tech, skills, clean energy, entrepreneurship or policies, sharing ideas to solve India’s challenges.

Each dialogue is created to address a specific subject relevant for building Viksit Bharat and all the 3 Awards are mapped to the relevant dialogues to foster meaningful engagement and honor visionary leaders, innovators, and changemakers who are shaping the future of India through transformational initiatives. Whether in business, governance, technology, finance, law, media, environment, or culture, these awards serve as a platform to acknowledge excellence and inspire others to contribute to the Viksit Bharat 2047 vision.

Viksit Bharat Awards are given by Bharat Economic Forum under 4 categories of excellence for the economic development of our nation, i.e (Leadership, Innovation, Influence & Investment) . The Award Ceremony is organized after the end of every season of 100 days of Viksit Bharat Dialogues to honor the efforts of participants. The current categories are namely Viksit Bharat Leadership Award, Viksit Bharat Innovators Award, Viksit Bharat Influencers Award and Viksit Bharat Investors Award to celebrate excellence in Innovation, Influence & Investment and accelerate the vision of achieving Viksit Bharat by 2047.
